Despite outstanding performance in the past, the Tunisian water sector is facing difficult times and increasing financial difficulties. This OECD report argues that the current situation of post-evolutionary reconstruction offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the governance framework and the potential role of private sector participation (PSP) in the development of the water sector. It identifies three key areas of recommendations and an action plan for future investments to pay offs.
