The Directorate General of Development & Scientific Research of Palestine is part of the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education of Palestine (MOHE): http://www.mohe.gov.ps/ENG/structure.html. MOHE has taken part to the Inco-NET MIRA Project as partner and is active in the policy bioregional dialogue on RTD within MoCo.
