Objectives:
To provide input and support to the Euro-Mediterranean policy dialogue in the areas of the selected societal challenges. The work package will provide concrete inputs and support to MoCo and to policy events planned in the coming years. The work package will also follow the policy dialogue with different EC services, MS, EU Parliament and European Regions.
The work package will disseminate the analyses and activities of other work packages with emphasis on the outcomes of the social dialogue in the EUMA and local clusters, the work of the Expert Group and the Observatories Platform. In parallel, the work package will need to keep a certain level of flexibility and openness, to adapt tasks and activities to the continuous change of policy and institutional setting both at EU and MPC level, particularly in a period of deep socio-economic and political change in the southern Mediterranean countries.

Description of work and role of partners:
Secretariat support to the MoCo will be provided involving in particular two types of actions:
- Preparation of the MoCo meetings, providing input for the preparation of the Agenda contributing to the draft of the minutes of the MoCo meetings, contributing to logistics in cooperation with the local partner or the relevant national authorities, etc.
- Ensuring continuity between MoCo meetings. The secretariat will act as a focal point to enhance the communication and information flow towards or from the MoCo representatives. In that respect, the secretariat will keep track of the nominations and contact details of the country representatives.
Moreover, the secretariat will contribute to the implementation and follow-up of the MoCo decisions (e.g. in assisting in setting-up ad-hoc MoCo working groups; dispatching information to the MoCo members; launching questionnaires and studies at the request of MoCo, etc.). In principle, the support for 4 MoCo meetings (organisation, logistics) is foreseen.
